Kayser-Threde's manufacturing facility is a DIN ISO 9001 registered facility, and adheres to strict quality assurance policies.

The MINIDAU product line is fully mature, yet still flexible enough to allow for new products to interface seamlessly.

Kayser-Threde North America currently has two Calibration Towers, to allow for simultaneous calibrations for multiple customers. With this equipment, Kayser-Threde has the capacity to perform calibrations on 25000 data channels per year. Kayser-Threde North America is currently at 40% capacity for calibrations.

Kayser-Threde North America has implemented an issue tracking database, to track all reported issues, modifications, repairs, and calibrations of Kayser-Threde equipment. This tracking system has allowed Kayser-Threde to improve its response time for resolving issues by 50%.
